PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM SEXUAL OFFENCES (POCSO) ACT, 2012

In continuation to the sexual harassment of women at workplace complaint committee 

This is to sensitize students and staff members about the launch of an online solution for redressing grievances related to POCSO viz. ‘e-box’, inaugurated by Smt. Maneka Sanjay Gandhi, Hon’ble Minister for Women and Child Development (WCD) on the 26.08.2016.

The NCPCR POCSO ‘e-box’ button enables about easy online registration of grievance pertaining to sexual offence committed against any child. It also enables the child to register her/his complaint in a simplified manner by visiting NCPCR WEBSITE (http://www.ncpcr.gov.in/) and then clicking on e-box.

So it is important that maximum children and other stakeholders should be aware of this facility and the process of how to use it when required.
